During the period of 7:27 PM UTC and 7:45 PM UTC Mar 8th, 2021, LoginRadius V2 Auth API encountered degradation in the US. During this time customers may have seen timeouts or errors for V2 Auth requests.
In order to resolve the issue with the affected service, the LoginRadius Operations team was immediately notified by the automated alerting processes and added additional scaling to handle the increased load in the region.
